When Can i Expect To Lose Weight

When Can I Expect to Lose Weight by Working Out?Yuri Elkaim, BPHE, CK, RHN
http://vur.me/barrieeviral/recommends-Fitter-U

If you're like most people who want to lose weight, then I'm sure you've asked this question before, haven't you?   And it's a fair question that most people are working out to lose weight would like to know the answer to. However, is tough to tell when you can expect to see results from working out. After all, there are a number of factors that will determine the outcome. Let's have a look at each one as well as what you can do see faster results from your workouts.
WHEN CAN YOU EXPECT TO SEE "VISIBLE" LOSE WEIGHT RESULTS?
If you're a beginner to working out, the first 6 weeks of your training program are very important even though you may not see significant results. These first 6 weeks are known as the "neuromuscular adaptation phase" and are characterized by an increased in muscular co-ordination and improved strength without a significant physical transformation.
So, if you want to lose weight and you're not seeing immediate results, just remember that the first 6 weeks lay your foundation. After that, the weight will start to fall off, bearing in mind that you're working out and eating correctly.
With that in mind, it should be remembered that achieving your fitness or weight loss goal isn't about doing something for a few months and then stopping. No! Instead, it's about making exercise and healthy eating a part of your daily lifestyle. When you do so, you will see significant results. And they'll last!
HOW MUCH WEIGHT DO YOU WANT TO LOSE?
Do you want to lose weight? Great! How much? 10 lbs? 20 lbs?   You need to be specific, it needs to be measurable, and you need to fix a date to your goal.
The first thing you need to do is get very clear on your goal. Is it measurable? Do you want to lose weight fast or do you want to lose 15 lbs? The difference is subtle yet pivotal in your ability to achieve your goal.
So get clear. Know where you are and where you want to go.
WHAT DO YOUR WORKOUTS LOOK LIKE?
Whatever your goal, you need to be working out at least every other day. That means that you're working out 3-4 times per week (or more in some cases). The goal is to increase your lean body mass (ie. develop more lean muscle) so that you naturally raise your metabolism. As a result, your body will be burning more calories (and specifically fat calories) all throughout the day. Therefore, you will have a leaner body and more muscle. That's a good thing.
If you are working out once a week, then you're not going to achieve anything! It's that simple. I've worked with too many people who would only workout with me (once a week) and then do nothing on their own. The result - no results!
Diet is a big factor. If you want to lose weight, then you need to eat less calories than you are burning. It's that simple. If you eat 2000 calories per day, then you need to be burning more than that. Obviously, it's tough to tell how many calories you're burning in a given day but, in general, the more intense your workouts, the longer they last, and the more often you workout each week, the more calories you'll be burning.
Eating more raw fruits and vegetables will make a huge difference in helping you lose weight.

What Is Fitness

Men Sano in Corpor Sano
Latin saying - Healthy in body healthy in Mind

This is the first of a series of articles dealing with Health and Fitness, and what we can all do to achieve a level of fitness that suites each individual.Dealing with the mind and the body

There are Many Meanings to Fitness,we are all very different, what one person would percieve as fit another would percieve unfit,it is all in how we think.
the good news is we can all improve from where we are.

The Fitness of different people performing different activities will vary,in the amount they have to do to achieve ,in that activity.

We start with the word fit,we find it refers to the possesion of some desiable quualities.
I am (fit) to be your friend, if i possess those qualities which you admire, does he (fit) the bill,
is he fit for the job, ect.or does he have the qualities we want.

We can only define Fitness if we specify which physical qualities are desireable These qualities are very different with each individual,we should never compare ourselves with anyone else.It depends on each individual and their lifestyle.

It would be a huge mistake to lay out a fitness Chart for every reader, what we can do is to make clear and interesting ,the basic principles and show each individual how to work out their own physical destiny in the way that fits him.

Healthy In Body Healthy In Mind

It is a fact of life that we are what we think, think healthy be healthy.

It does,nt have to be difficult,in fact in can be incredibly easy
We develope Bad Habits.Using the car, instead of walking

Choosing the Foods,we have all done it Eaten thing we know are not good for us
Sitting watching the TV when we could be doing some activity

Sound familier, well all we have to do is change some bad habits and
and replace them with good ones.

Really seems easy,so why do we find it so hard, why can,t we keep it up.
It,s all in the way we think. As a man thinketh so is he.

Ounce we undersstand this first basic fact then we can start changing our lives
If you are like me you would have seen all the programes telling you you only
have to do this to get that, but not actually explaining why.

It all starts with self improvement,we have to want to do it,again it is back to
what we think.

This applys to every area of our lives,we can improve in all of them, this will give us
much more undertanding, and a more relaxed, happier and fullfilling life.

So how do we start, the first step would be to grab some real quiet time away
from the hustle of our daily lives and think about what we want to achieve.

Our Personal Phylosophy

It is our personal phylosophy that establishes our attitude it is our attitude
that influences our behavior which then forms our
habits, this in turn gives the quality and quality of our activity.Which provides
our lifestyle.

Our Phylosophy is what we know and the process of how we know it.
All through our lives we recieve input from different sources, from friends,
books and reading ,associates, media influences what we see and read
on the internet, the source of knowledge is unlimited and thats
only as children.and then as adults there is a whole new load of
information that comes our way,This sinks into our mind and
gives us our personal phylosophy.

So a good starting point is to to think about your personal beliefs,
determine what we want, based on all the facts we have.Where we are
now and where you want to go.

We set your own schedules,we don,t have to do anything if we don,t
want to,but if we want to make some changes in your life we have to
make some changes in our lives, and i will assume that as you are reading this ,
with me you do.

So that is the first step in changing our lives,in the next article we will
establish where we are personally, with are own health and fitness, and
what we need to do improve on where we are.
